Montreal

On a recent trip to Montreal, Jenn, Chryssi and myself found a lot of street type. Here is the first batch:



City grates downtown (above)




Type layered on top of type. I love how they kept the old lettering when the building was repurposed (thereby respecting the original identity of the old fire station). Very clever and appropriate for a "centre d'histoire". This was hands down my favourite building in Old Port (above)
