i came across this beautiful old (hand-drawn and painted) typeface in a deserted factory hall (in luxemburg) last week, it was painted onto walls and machines and was pretty much intact, i love the shapes and if i can find the room, i may try to recreate the whole font for a housestyle or a poster, it's got a great nostalgic feel but also looks very 'now' sort of...
i think i've got most of the letters, now i need to find the time...

that would be a great project. I think the rounded forms give it both the nostalgic quality as well as the "now" factor.
I think the lowercase e and s would need some updating
funny my girlfriend said the same thing about the s... i quite like it but it does look out of place yes
